Terms of Service for Executive Gourmet Canteen Services
Welcome to the Executive Gourmet Canteen Services website These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any content, features, or applications offered by Executive Gourmet Canteen Services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

3. Use of Services
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Executive Gourmet Canteen Services, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

4. Account Security
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
5. Booking and Payment
All bookings for catering services are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Executive Gourmet Canteen Services. Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge any fees incurred.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 1 week in advance of the scheduled event to receive a refund. Any cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Executive Gourmet Canteen Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Executive Gourmet Canteen Services and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Quezon City.
10. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Executive Gourmet Canteen Services regarding your use of the Services.
